In my gr-grandfather's memoirs he describes his birthplace this way: "The place of my birth was on a farm about a half or three-quarters of a mile north of a large creek called Reedy Fork, and eight miles north of Greensboro, the county site. This farm was about one and a quarter miles below and east of McQuiston’s bridge over Reedy Fork." I'm not very familiar with the area. Where was/is "McQuiston’s bridge?"
